Youth Sports & Fitness
Our classes and sports programs encourage children and youth of all ages to live active and healthy lives. Our professional staff and volunteers are positive role models who reinforce the development of strong values.

Youth Programs
Our youth programs develop leaders through community service, academic support, fine arts and supervised after-school programs operated within the framework of our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Family Activities
Families are the heart of our Y. Our Friday Family Nights, community events, family camps, or simply swim and gym time, all offer ways for families to grow together.
Aquatics
With our deep water and lap pools we provide a comprehensive aquatics program, including lap swim, swim teams, water exercise, arthritis programs and family swim. There is swimming instruction for all ages, from parent/child classes to adults. American Red Cross certification classes are also available.
Summer Day & Holiday Camps
From ages 2 ½ to 18, choose what’s right for your child from a wide selection of fun and enriching day camps each summer. There are specialty camps focused on a sport, or on healthy, balanced living, on leadership and community service, and more. Other camps feature swimming, field trips, and beach days.
