McGaw YMCA is looking for a Lead Preschool Sports & PE Instructor for our growing youth sports programming. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to work with young children ages 3-5 with a preference for candidates with versatile sports backgrounds. Responsibilities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate sports programs for youth ages 3-14, including basketball, soccer, tumbling, sports of all sorts and volleyball. Build a positive relationship and environment for children, parents and staff. Achieve and measure program outcome, benefit and retention goals. Responsibilities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate basketball programs for youth ages 5-14. Build a positive relationship and environment for children, parents and staff. Achieve and measure program outcome, benefit and retention goals. Communicates with participant families before/after session.
